The deluxe studios are 35 square meters and have nothing to envy to the two-room apartments and offer the modernity and elegance that distinguishes our Residence. They consist of a single comfortable room equipped with kitchen or stove, refrigerator, complete sets of dishes, color TV, Wi-Fi Internet, independent air conditioning and heating; double bed with the possibility of adding an additional bed and set for bed linen and towels.
The services we offer include complete cleaning and periodic linen change.

More information
Customers are reminded that the prices of the apartments include all additional expenses, electricity, gas, heating, condominium cleaning and water, change of bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) once a week. Anything not specified is excluded. Pets are not allowed in the structure. The delivery of the keys is carried out from 12.30 to 19.00 every day. Payments must be made in full upon arrival. The apartment must be vacated in the morning by 10.00. The person (s) who will occupy the apartment must all be declared with a valid document for the Italian state.
Apartments complete with dishes, microwave, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, independent heating, wi-fi, independent entrance.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by bank transfer. Once the transfer has been made, send a copy / confirmation by email to info@abresidence.com. Billing of the first month on the day of arrival with payment by bank transfer or credit card. the same method will be provided for the following months.
The prices of the apartments are per day and include 10% deductible VAT.
